On-site training, directly for O&M Engineers and Technicians on the equipment/systems to operate/maintain
On-job (on Secondment basis of our staff) capacity building, providing first-hand experience in projects designs and other pre-construction activities.
In-class (theoretical) training separate classes for Engineers and for Technicians using visual aids and printed material
Remote (theoretical) learning, during corona specifically for O&M Engineers and Technicians
Special courses for corrosion evolvement and reasons, effects and handling are conducted for senior process and metallurgical engineers, One of Main conductors is a professor at Birmingham university.

Special Courses

Capacity building and presentation for Ministry of Oil-Iraq on a state-of-the-art Conceptual Approach to Produce High Octane Number Gasoline from Naphtha, Condensate and Straight Run Gasoline Incorporating the Oxidative Desulfurization Process. Present was the Minister adviser and a number of department heads and other personnel from MOO with MUE staff

Upon invitation from Ministry of Oil, on 22nd of August 2016, a workshop was held at MOO main office in Baghdad MUE, process engineering technical authority and Leading Material & metallurgy scientist, with other engineering disciplines' leading engineers provided a presentation of recent optimized methodology (to MOO/Iraq) for produced water treatment with advanced study on the usage of carefully selected materials to enhance durability & efﬁciency of the equipment used, remotely connected other MOO companies Middle refinery and BOC also participated in the sessions.WATCH VIDEO
